Job Description

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with the team.
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
• Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
