Job Description

The Route Sales Representative position at Frito-Lay North America is a full-time role responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay’s complete line of products to local stores. This includes driving a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, independently unloading orders, merchandising products, partnering with store managers to increase sales, and maintaining records throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basics of the role during four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members.
• Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
• Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
