Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist Solution Architect with deep expertise in technologies related to Large Scale Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection Services, Networking and Interconnection, Professional Services, and Hyperscale Cloud. As a recognized industry expert, you will play a crucial role in presenting complex solutions to clients, assisting them in strategic decision-making, and representing our company at industry events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Provide technical expertise and design recommendations in your specialty area.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and technologies.
- Deliver formal presentations to potential customers and represent the company at technology conferences.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experiences and drive strategic direction.
- Create internal documentation and lead customer workshops to identify critical business issues.
- Contribute to tool development and provide training for internal resources.
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B Sales and/or support experience in the IT services industry.
- Technical background with a focus on consulting in complex technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of data center design, IT security, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business environment and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work both in an office and remote environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Base Pay Range: $126,000 - $170,000 annually (Actual pay depends on experience and qualifications). Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus. EEO Statement: Equal opportunity employer.
