Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate STNAs to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure resident safety, well-being, and adherence to care plans.
- Support community programs and maintain hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility in service delivery.
- Prior experience with seniors preferred.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize resident needs.
