Job Description
As a Supervisor-Loss Prevention, you will patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access. Additionally, you will conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits. You will also be responsible for monitoring Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems, as well as authorizing, monitoring, and documenting access to secured areas. During emergency situations, you will respond to accidents, contact EMS, administer first aid/CPR as required, and gather information to complete reports while maintaining confidentiality. Furthermore, as a Supervisor-Loss Prevention, you will handle interruptions and complaints, as well as escort unwelcome persons from the property and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws.
Responsibilities
