Responsibilities
- Identify ways to improve the lives of customers through improvements to tools, processes, and documentation.
- Be a member of a team of highly motivated and talented systems developers and engineers, improving the use of tools in both isolated AWS regions and in the AWS GovCloud regions.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems).
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology.
