Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator (RN) to join our team at MUSC. As the coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the process improvement program to ensure compliance with trauma care standards and guidelines. Your role involves identifying and investigating variances in patient care and system issues to maintain the quality of trauma care at our facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the trauma performance improvement program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; Associates degree required.
• Previous experience in trauma care and quality improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse healthcare team.
