Job Description
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with the service standards. Address guests’ inquiries regarding menu choices, coordinate with the kitchen, and communicate special meal requirements and requests. Efficiently record orders in the designated system. Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and convey guests' satisfaction with their orders. Additionally, you will be required to perform closing duties, present checks to guests, and process payments.
