As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing mentorship and support to at-risk youth, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive. Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students, including crisis management.
• Implement social and recreational activities for residents.
• Provide care and education based on individual treatment plans.
• Teach residents daily living skills, hygiene practices, and more.
• Develop positive relationships to enhance social and coping skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ years of age.
• Satisfactory background checks.
