Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by adhering to safety regulations
• Promote life enriching activities and experiences for residents

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with flexibility and a positive attitude
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state regulations
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
