Inpatient Rehab RN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Inpatient Rehab RN to join our team at ThedaCare. As a Registered Nurse at ThedaCare, you will provide patient-centered and evidence-based nursing care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care across the continuum using an interprofessional approach.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or agreement to obtain BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care procedures.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Hours and Location

• 36 hours per week, FTE 0.9.
• Location: ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Neenah, Neenah, Wisconsin.
