Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Elms. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
