VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary VP of Real Estate Development and Marketing to join Parker Ranch Inc. As a key executive reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in maximizing returns from our land portfolio and enhancing lease income. This senior-level position requires a blend of commercial acumen and exceptional soft skills, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Generate realizations from the land portfolio.
• Grow lease income to drive revenue.
• Lead real estate development projects.
• Manage net operating income targets and capital budgets.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate development.
• Deep knowledge of real estate economics.
• Experience in land acquisition/divestment.
• Familiarity with various product types including residential, commercial, and more.
• Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.

Salary Range

Expected salary: $175,000 to $200,000 annually. Additional compensation and benefits may apply.
