Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities.
• Develop Individualized Service Plans and update them regularly.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Participate in life enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
