Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year
Position Summary
As a Dispatch Manager at Orepac Holding Company, you will be responsible for providing daily direction and support to the branch’s commercial and local delivery drivers. Your role involves ensuring accurate, efficient, and on-time deliveries to customer locations and job sites, while also focusing on employee engagement and upholding the company's core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staffing and personnel structure in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Effectively schedule and manage delivery operations, including onboarding new drivers.
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure driver compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct training, safety observations, and incident investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, route optimization, and delivery efficiencies.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
