Job Description

Join RICH TRANSPORT LLC as a Dispatcher in the Dispatch Department. As a vital team member, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for handling dispatch calls, managing driver boards, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain Bill of Lading information, ETAs, and PTAs.
• Communicate promptly with internal departments regarding any delays.
• Support fellow driver managers and dispatchers as needed.
• Monitor company truck mileages weekly.
• Conduct daily check calls with drivers and assist in check call completion.
• Collaborate with Load Planners/Coordinators as necessary.
• Complete additional reports or forms as requested by management.
• Maintain compliance with driving hour regulations.
• Uphold professionalism, honesty, and positive work culture.

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and operating McLeod database.
• Experience in manifest building and load management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
