Family Advocate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Family Advocate to join our team at Children First Inc. The Family Advocate plays a crucial role in supporting family well-being and promoting children's learning and development. This position involves providing case management, referrals, and support services to families while fostering strong communication between parents and classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Integrate parent and family engagement strategies into program services.
• Act as a liaison between home and classroom settings.
• Maintain family and child-related records and service area data.
• Provide case management, referrals, and support services to families.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate Degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family/social services or early childhood setting related to case management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and access to transportation.
