Job Description

We are looking for a Student Radiology Tech Assistant to join our team at the Medical University Hospital Authority. In this role, you will aid with imaging exams, assist with diagnostic procedures, perform clerical duties, and maintain high-quality services. Effective communication with patients, families, and care providers is essential. This position is ideal for individuals actively enrolled in an accredited Radiology program.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic routine procedures and minor surgeries.
• Check requisitions and clinical appropriateness.
• Prepare examination rooms and supplies.
• Assess patient condition and cooperation level.
• Maintain room cleanliness and patient confidentiality.
• Operate PAC's system and report equipment issues.
• Assist other technologists and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Active enrollment in a Radiology Technologist program.
