Qualifications
- Prior experience in leading customer-based sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales results.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-centric culture.
- Availability for varied shifts including weekends and peak periods.
- Prior sales management experience is preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
