Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. This is a part-time position available on days, evenings, or nights.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Administer medications and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
