Winchester Country Club is currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals for the Long Term - Seasonal Greenskeeper Position. As part of the groundskeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional quality of our renowned golf course, providing members and guests with an outstanding golfing experience.

Tasks Include:

• Mowing greens, tees, approaches, fairways, and roughs.
• Keeping bunkers well-groomed and playable.
• Performing divot repair and debris removal.
• Summer rotary mowing, fall leaf clean-up, and small improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to engage in physical work and be on your feet for extended periods.

Available Positions:

Multiple positions available from March 2024 to November 2024, with employment resuming in Mar/Apr 2025. Flexible work schedules are offered, including weekend shifts.

Starting wages range from $17 to $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
