Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) as a staff nurse. You will have the opportunity to provide exceptional medical care to our residents and patients, helping them regain function and vitality after life-altering illnesses or injuries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds.
