Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join Glassybaby LLC, a luxury brand specializing in glassybaby products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting the brand, providing exceptional customer service, and driving store sales. Your responsibilities include selling glassybaby products, maintaining store standards, and fostering customer partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, POS reconciliation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell glassybaby products to achieve sales goals and promote the brand.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Operate Point of Sale software accurately and troubleshoot any issues.
• Share the glassybaby giving message and brand stories with customers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic technology proficiency.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong vision and hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working in varying weather and climate conditions.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $17.50/hour
