Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Perform emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Conduct routine machinist duties and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Read manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Conduct plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in mechanical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented.
• High school diploma/GED and maintenance experience required.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Manufacturing experience and specific skills desired.
