Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing staff clinicians and interns, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based therapy services to a diverse client population, with a focus on well-being and health equity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff clinicians and interns in providing high-quality care and meeting board requirements.
• Coordinate patient care, assess needs, and collaborate with the care team for effective treatment planning.
• Maintain productivity levels while overseeing caseloads and discharge planning.
• Ensure detailed documentation of patient care and provide training and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related field and licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 5+ years of counseling experience and 3+ years of clinical supervision experience.
• Proficiency in HIPAA, Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment with cultural competency.
