Mental Health Therapist, Licensed - Adult Outpatient - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team at Marion County Health and Human Services. In this role, you will provide mental health therapy to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, skills trainers, case managers, and peer support specialists.
• Act as a lead clinician, offering clinical consultation and assistance to interns and staff members.
• Deliver crisis intervention and specialized therapeutic interventions to individuals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• State of Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of one year postgraduate experience in the behavioral health field.
• Ability to establish positive relationships and maintain professional clinical documentation.
