Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications may be required.
• Completion of orientation as per policy.
