Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with regulations, develop care plans, collaborate with medical staff, and maintain clinical competency. This full-time position requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Assess patients' needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within specified timelines.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
