Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and revising patient care plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery. The role also involves maintaining clinical knowledge and skills competency to facilitate patient care and ensuring a safe patient environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS, and Hazmat within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

Unit Details

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design with technology and amenities for emergency care. It includes 29 private treatment rooms, providers' station, negative pressure rooms, CT Scanner, and a behavioral health treatment pod for patients in psychiatric crisis.
