Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room of Grace Medical Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. This full-time position requires commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain competency in clinical skills and knowledge.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
