Job Description
We are currently looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment involving day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols. You will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain clinical competency to ensure high-quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
