Job Description
We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join the team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varied hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with medical staff, maintain clinical knowledge, and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with protocols and standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with staff and physicians for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
