Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in accordance with industry standards and organizational protocols. This full-time position requires day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain clinical competency and adhere to current standards of practice.
- Establish a safe and supportive patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum of 2 years Emergency Services or 3-5 years acute care experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), PALS, Hazmat (within 1 year).
- Preferred certification in Emergency Nursing.
