Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our healthcare team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain competency in clinical skills and practices.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
