Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Department offers day and night shifts with flexible hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with staff and physicians for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers state-of-the-art design and technology, providing personalized care in a comfortable environment. The department includes private treatment rooms, a providers' station, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod.
