Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain clinical competencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure patient safety.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
