Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care, maintain clinical competency, and ensure a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs assessment.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
