NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room includes day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery, maintain clinical competency, and create a safe patient care environment. The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art facility designed for efficient emergency care, including private treatment rooms, advanced medical technology, and specialized care for psychiatric or behavioral health patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
• Assess and address patient needs for recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for current practice standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS certification required, ACLS and other certifications preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policies and procedures.
