Summary
JOB SUMMARY: The RN provides nursing care in compliance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act, developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Maintains clinical expertise and provides a safe care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years ER experience or 3-5 years acute care
- BLS required, ACLS within 6 months, PALS and Hazmat within a year
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
- Completion of orientation program
Unit Details: 17,000 sq ft Emergency Department, featuring technology for personalized care, behavioral health pod, negative pressure rooms, and advanced CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
