Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines. The role involves assessing patients' needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for current practice standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
