Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Nursing Graduate to join the dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room of Grace Medical Center, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency to ensure effective patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
