Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients and collaborate with healthcare team for optimal care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to meet current standards of practice.
- Provide a safe and effective patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
