Job Description
We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at the Grace Medical Center Emergency Room. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts.
Summary
The RN will provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, ANA, ENA, BSBHS, and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Emergency Nursing certification preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design, spacious private treatment rooms, advanced technology, and specialized care areas, including behavioral health treatment pods and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
