Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a commitment to both day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with protocols and standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and implement individualized plans of care.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Prior nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per organizational policies.
