Part time COMMUNITY MANAGER

Job Description

Commonwealth, an established Oregon/Washington Real Estate Management & Brokerage Company managing over 100 investment properties in the region, is looking for a Part-time Community Manager for a manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon. This role involves overseeing property management and maintenance, rent collection, enforcing rental agreements and regulations, administrative duties, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees promptly.
• Enforce rental agreements and facility rules.
• Manage administrative tasks like preparing reports and maintaining tenant files.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and facilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in property management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with maintenance tasks and vendor management.

Benefits

• Part-time position (20 hours a week) with a monthly salary of $1,500.
