Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 as a full-time team member. As a key contributor, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures with the aim of minimizing downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data to forecast pending failures, utilizing advanced technologies for data collection, and collaborating with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs during planned maintenance windows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment
• Predict pending failures through data analysis
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data gathering
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices
• Perform oil sampling for lab test analysis
• Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings
• Improve and extend the life of manufacturing equipment through proactive plans

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology
• Military experience considered
• Root cause failure analysis expertise
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to obtain PdM certifications
