Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As part of the maintenance team, you will analyze machine performance data to predict potential failures, minimize downtime, and ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability tools to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Analyze data to forecast impending issues and recommend maintenance actions.
• Use advanced technologies such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic devices for data collection.
• Submit work orders and collaborate with maintenance planners for timely repairs.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Monitor equipment health, identify critical issues, and recommend immediate corrective actions.
• Collect oil samples for analysis and provide operational support to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Participate in reliability programs, maintenance meetings, and propose equipment enhancement plans.
• Stay updated on predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and communicate effectively within the team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience with reliability technology in manufacturing.
• Military experience considered; Pdm certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Proficiency in root cause failure analysis and ability to work independently or in a team.
