Key Responsibilities

• Educate and prepare patients for procedures.
• Monitor and care for patients pre and post procedures.
• Answer patient calls and assess their needs.
• Assist in providing education and reinforcement of physician orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a medical office (preferred).
• Operating room experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite (a plus).
• Familiarity with EPIC (a plus).
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
