Renal Registered Nurse - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers a Day shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will contribute to delivering innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. You will be part of a team that provides care in a warm and welcoming environment, including treatment for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

Responsibilities

• Offer competent and proficient care to patients while expanding your knowledge and skills.
• Provide clinical direction to staff members and ensure high-quality patient care in line with healthcare policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Must hold a current Maryland RN license, with Compact Licensure accepted.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least twelve months in areas like med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; willingness and ability to supervise required.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with proficiency in Grace Medical Center applications within 60 days of employment.
