Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will be a Staff Nurse providing essential care to end-stage renal disease patients during the day shift hours of 5:00am-1:30pm.
Job Summary
Our Renal Dialysis Program at Grace Medical Center is at the forefront of innovative and urgent treatment for patients with renal disease. You will work in a warm and welcoming environment to deliver state-of-the-art care, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis, from Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care and support to a diverse range of patients with complex needs.
- Enhance professional development and contribute to improved patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to the team, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired, alongside the ability to provide leadership.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications within 60 days of employment.
